How to place an order

  1. Choose a product and simply add to cart, every product has live pricing which is updated every 10 minutes.
  2. Head to the checkout page from the cart or the prompt that pops up once you add an item to cart.
  3. When proceeding to checkout, you will be prompted to sign in to your existing account or create an account with AVS Bullion.
  4. After creating your account or signing in you will be taken to the checkout page where you can choose if you would like your chosen items delivered or if you would like to pick them up in store.
  5. After choosing your method of delivery you can then choose the payment method, Bank Deposit, where details for a bank account transfer will be shown. Please transfer these funds before or after confirming/placing your order. Please remember, payment must be made within 48 hours or your order may be cancelled.
  6. You will then receive an invoice and a confirmation email for your order which will also have the bank account details included in case you forget the details for payment.
  7. Your order will be shipped out/fulfilled once payment is received.
