What are the available shipping methods for orders?

When shipping your combined orders, you can choose between the following shipping methods:

• Insured Shipping (AU $15 + 1.5% of the order total)*: This shipping method includes insurance coverage for your package and protects against loss or damage during transit. The cost is AU $15 plus 1.5% of the order total.
• Non-Insured Shipping (AU $15)*: This shipping method does not include insurance coverage. The cost is a flat rate of AU $15.
• Non-Insured Shipping for items over 450g (AU $20)*: This shipping method does not include insurance coverage. The cost is a flat rate of AU $20.
• Insured Shipping for items over 450g (AU $20 + 1.5% of the order total)*: This shipping method includes insurance coverage for your package over 450g and protects against loss or damage during transit. The cost is AU $20 plus 1.5% of the order total.

What happens after I've made the payment for the shipping order?

After payment is received for the shipping order, the status of all the orders that will be shipped will change to "Ready to Ship." This indicates that your shipment is being processed and prepared for dispatch.

Tracking & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Once payment is received for the shipping order, and shipment is processed and prepared for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your combined orders have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package through the carrier's online tracking system.
